Our Code of Conduct sets the minimum standard of conduct for anyone working for or with Al Masaood. It outlines our commitment to integrity and provides practical advice on ethical business conduct. All employees are responsible for complying with the Code.
Our Board-approved Compliance Programme ensures an effective risk and compliance system across our businesses. Our approach is guided by ISO 19600 and involves commitment, implementation, monitoring, measurement, and continual improvement.
We adopt an enterprise risk management philosophy aligned with ISO 31000:2009. Risk management is conducted in a 5-step approach: Plan, Identify, Evaluate, Take Action, Review and Communicate.
We encourage employees and third parties to raise concerns about potential breaches of the Code of Conduct. Reports can be made to line managers, the Group Risk and Compliance Team, or through our Whistleblower Website.
