We received the ‘Service Partner of the Year Award 2023’ for our notable revenue growth in Service Business, which increased by 578% from 2022. Additionally, we have been awarded the ‘Partner of the Year Award 2023’ for our New Units Business after achieving 787% growth over the past two years.
Al Masaood Motor Tech Services Surpasses Yearly Targets & Initiates New Service Centre for Electrical Motors & Alternators
Our sales performance has significantly surpassed our targets, with new and replacement units reaching 246% of our goals and service sales achieving 162%. Additionally, our project to overhaul 22 alternators on two vessels has further proven our capability and reliability in managing complex tasks.
In line with our commitment to growth and improvement, we are in the process of developing a new service center for Electrical Motors & Alternators at Dubai Industrial City. This initiative is aimed at bolstering our service capabilities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
